HAUTE COUTURE IN PARIS: HOT OR FLOP?

The Haute Couture in Paris is ended. Parisian . Big names such as Valentino, Chanel, Elie Saab and many others have presented their creations, but what will be the “common” opinion about these Fashion Show? It was rumored a lot about the latest trends in haute couture, there are those who preferred the time of Galliano where spectacular and bulky clothes dominated the catwalk, while others prefer high fashion more sober and minimalist. But haute couture is synonymous of dream and the dream is just the inspiration for the designer. The opinions are always conflicting but seeing clothes like this would dream anyone or am I wrong? The innate elegance and candor that transmit the creations of Elie Saab is indisputable, not to mention the art of Valentino and sophistication of the Maison Chanel that  with plays of airy fabric makes graceful even the more structured dress . If this can not be called art then I myself have run out of words to describe it …

Le sfilate d’Alta Moda Parigina si sono concluse. Grandi nomi quali Valentino, Chanel, Elie Saab e molti altri hanno presentato le loro creazioni, inevitabile non parlarne ma quale sarà stata l’opinione “comune”? Si è vociferato molto sulle ultime tendenze della Haute Couture, c’è chi la preferiva ai tempi di Galliano dove vestiti scenografici ed ingombranti dominavano la passerella; altri preferirebbero un’alta moda più sobria e minimalista. Ma Haute Couture è sinonimo di sogno ed è proprio il sogno l’ispirazione  per lo stilista. I pareri restano sempre contrastanti ma veder sfilare abiti come questi farebbe sognare chiunque o mi sbaglio? L’innata eleganza ed il candore che trasmettono le creazioni di Elie Saab è indiscutibile, per non parlare delle opere d’arte di Valentino e della ricercatezza della Maison Chanel  che con giochi di tessuto rende leggiadro e vaporoso anche l’abito più strutturato. Se tutto questo non  può definirsi Arte allora io stessa ho esaurito le parole per descriverla…
