The Saint Tropez Bay

This year more than other years my “hippie addiction” is at its peak. Not a day goes by that I do not wear lace garments , fringes, ribbons or flowers in my hair. Must-have of this summer are the  drilled crochet dress or transparent mesh  that glimpse the bikini. Footwear for the summer is the quintessential wedge, comfortable and light, such as that of Castaner. The birth of this type of footwear dates back to the early nineteenth century and later became a real trend in the 80s. A look that is suitable for an appetizer on the beach, I’ve worn it on this occasion at the Nikki beach with friends.

Quest’anno più degli altri anni la mia Hippie mania è al suo apice. Non passa giorno che non indossi capi di pizzo, frange, fiori o nastrini nei capelli. Must have dell’estate sono gli abiti traforati all’uncinetto o maglie trasparenti che lasciano intravedere il bikini. Scarpe estiva per eccellenza è la zeppa, comoda e leggera come ad esempio quella di Castaner. La nascita di questo tipo di calzatura risale ai primi dell’ottocento per poi diventare un vero e proprio trend negli anni ’80.  Un look che si presta ad un aperitivo sulla spiaggia, io l’ho indossato proprio in questa occasione al Nikki beach in compagnia degli amici.
